“Dignity” al FICT, Torrelavega International Short Film Festival!
Ogni festival a cui viene selezionato uno dei miei film è una grande soddisfazione per me, ovviamente. Ma è anche ovvio che ci siano festival che hanno un impatto maggiore di altri per storia, per pubblico, per respiro.
Tra questi il FICT (il Torrelavega International Short Festival), che si tiene dal 20 maggio al 3 giugno presso il Teatro Municipal Concha Espina nella cittadina di Torrelavega in Cantabria, nella Spagna settentrionale. Un festival con una lunghissima e assai blasonata tradizione (18 edizioni).
Perdonate quindi se metto un po’ di orgoglio nell’annunciare che “Dignity” è stato ammesso a partecipare quest’anno, e verrà proiettato il 29 maggio alle ore 19:00. E io sono molto tentata di andare!

Each time one of my films gets selected to a festival I feel very satisfied, of course, albeit it is obvious that some festivals do have a greater impact then others because of their history, audience, aura.
Among them the FICT Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Torrelavega, that is held from May 20th to June 3rd at the Teatro Municipal Concha Espina in the town of Torrelavega in Cantabria, Northern Spain. A festival with a very long and prestigious tradition, that has gone as far as its 18th edition!
Therefore, I will beg your pardon for feeling some pride in announcing that “Dignity” has been selected to compete this year, and it will be screened on May 29th, at 7 pm.
And I feel very tempted to go!!
